On 18 October, the Public chamber of the Russian Federation will send a letter to the Chairman of the state Duma Vyacheslav Volodin with the proposal to equate night and noisy parties for disorderly conduct.

As it became known to the newspaper “Izvestia”, October 18, Slepak sent a letter Volodin. It is a member of the Public chamber will ask the Chairman of the State Duma to support the introduction of legislative initiatives aiming to extend the provisions of article 20.1 of the Russian code of administrative offences, equating breaking the silence and calmness of citizens at night to the disturbance of public order.
Slepak proposes to regulate the issue of protection of silence at the Federal level. The amendment to article 20.1 of the administrative code to impose an administrative fine on citizens in the amount from three to five thousand rubles, or compulsory work for a period of up to sixty hours or administrative arrest for up to fifteen days; on officials — from five to fifteen thousand roubles; on juridical persons — from fifteen to thirty thousand roubles.
