The chief military Prosecutor of Ukraine considers that “it would be appropriate” to initiate a criminal case due to the death of Motorola. Now the criminal investigation involved only the self-proclaimed authorities of the DNI

The chief military Prosecutor of Ukraine Anatoly Matios admitted that the authorities can initiate a criminal case over the death of the commander of the militia DND Arsen Pavlov aka Motorola. This Matios said in the TV channel “112 Ukraine”.

“If the rule of law, we owe every citizen of Ukraine and every crime on the territory of Ukraine to conduct investigation,” he said, adding that a criminal case on the fact of incident “would be appropriate”.

Motorola was in Donetsk on the evening of 16 October. According to preliminary data, in the Elevator of the house where he lived, an improvised explosive device. The head of the DND Alexander Zakharchenko on the day after the murder of Motorola said that the government of the breakaway Republic know the name of the customer of a crime.

Later the source of “Interfax” familiar with the investigation, said law enforcement officers had identified suspects in the murder of a Pavlova. Their names are not yet known because investigators, according to the interlocutor of the Agency, find out the degree of participation of each of the suspects.

Power DND accused the official Kiev. Zakharchenko said that the murder of Motorola was organized by the security Service of Ukraine. In Kiev voiced their versions of what happened. In the opinion of the General of the army of Ukraine Mykola Malomuzh, it could be the result of “internal clashes, perhaps sanctioned by the curators from Moscow.” He also admitted that this could be involved in the Ukrainian “patriots, our [Ukrainian] security forces, who through their capabilities did.”
