Meghan Markle's half-sister, Samantha Grant, was taken to hospital Wednesday night after a car crash following a confrontation with paparazzi, according to her boyfriend. Celebrity gossip website TMZ reported Ms Grant's partner, Mark said Samantha had suffered a broken ankle and fractured her knee in a car crash while the pair were driving near their home in Florida. He told the website the incident happened near a toll booth where he says a photographer veered in front of the couple's car, leading him to swerve and hit a concrete barrier. Samantha Grant, 53, hit the windshield and fell to the floor mat, he said. Suffering from MS, he said Ms Grant was unable to lift herself up and that her foot was twisted backward.
