Redmondskaya the IT giant acquired the startup Adaptive Diotechnologies, with which it plans to make the most detailed map of the human immune system. It can help to read and record all the pathological changes in the body — this will allow doctors to accurately diagnose.
The company Adaptive Biotechnologies is engaged in genome sequencing and bioinformatics, and by joining forces with Microsoft is going to bring his research to a new level.
“The immune system can tell a lot about human health. Now this sounds like science fiction, but what if we could find all this data?”, — asks the head of the research Department of AI Microsoft.
Specialists of both companies have already started to work on the development of concept technologies that can help them to decipher the human immune system, and argue that “each immune cell to be studied.” After that the data will examine the special AI algorithm that will determine the relationship of T-cells in the human body and identify the relationship between them and various diseases, then produce a “map” that will be able to study scientists and physicians.
In the future, the map will allow to create a universal blood test that will help identify the pathology at an early stage.
