The mayor of the American capital has signed the law of memory of Russian opposition leader
The D.C. mayor Muriel Bowser signed earlier, the city Council adopted the law on the assignment of the square in front of the Embassy of the Russian Federation Boris Nemtsov.
The official opening ceremony of the square named after the Russian opposition in the us capital will take place on the anniversary of his death.
