Two Russian citizens sentenced to long terms in prison for involvement in international hacking network which stole the data of more than 160 million Bank cards, causing damage to hundreds of millions of dollars.
The Ministry of justice called the operation one of the largest abductions data in U.S. history.
A Federal court in new Jersey sentenced a 37-year old Vladimir Drinkman to 12 years in prison and 34-year-old Dmitry Smilence – to four years and three months imprisonment.
Three alleged accomplices of the hackers are still at large.
