The court the Ninth circuit held that the government may prohibit the entry of nationals of the six countries with predominantly Muslim populations

The court of appeal of the state of California on Monday allowed to partially use recent immigration decree of the President of Donald trump, ruling that the U.S. government may prohibit the entry of citizens of six countries with a predominantly Muslim population, if they have no relatives in the United States.

Based in the San Francisco court of appeals for the Ninth circuit partially granted the request of the management of trump about blocking the lower court decision, which suspended the action of the new decree. The decision affects citizens of Iran, Libya, Syria, Yemen, Somalia and Chad, but does not apply to citizens of two other countries mentioned in the decree, the DPRK and Venezuela.
