The Board of Directors “Gazprom” at the annual meeting of the company will propose to its shareholders to vote to not pay compensation to the former head of Ministry of economic development of Russia Alexei Ulyukayev. The decision of the Board of Directors of the company published on the portal disclosure of corporate information.
“To approve the proposal to pay remuneration to the member of the Board of Directors A. V. Ulyukayev”, — stated in the decision of the Board of Directors. The document also stated that to accept the document, voted by all present at the meeting, Council members (10 out of 10 present).
