Over three months the tax breaks for the self-employed have used 40 people. The business Ombudsman considers that the institution “has failed”

In the first three months of the operation of the rules on tax breaks for private Tutors, nannies and housekeepers of the application for obtaining the status of self-employed have filed a total of 40 people. About it writes on Friday “Kommersant” with reference to the FTS data provided to the publishing business Ombudsman Boris Titov.

So, on the account in tax authorities for the first quarter of 2017 was delivered 27 Russian citizens and 13 foreigners. In Moscow, for example, with a population of 12 million people submitted only two notifications on cleaning services and one for tutoring and Babysitting.

In an interview with the publication Titov said that “the introduction of this Institute [self-employed] to date has failed”. “Fall under its scope of all three professions, in our version they were 45”, — said business Ombudsman.

According to experts, in the gray and black sector now employs from 15 million to 22 million people, the newspaper notes.
