The U.S. district court on Monday ruled that a former Manager of the presidential campaign of Donald trump needs to stop communicating with the press, which can affect the outcome of his case, but agreed to consider a petition for commutation of his release on bail.
Judge Amy Berman Jackson said that it would consider the proposal of Manafort about the lifting of his house arrest in exchange for the provision of four real estate as collateral.
It also decided that Manafort in respect of which a ban on the transfer of information in the media, ceased to communicate with journalists in any way that may affect the outcome of his case. The order was granted after Manafort participated in writing the article, published in one of the Ukrainian Newspapers.
