At open access posted some documents of the investigation into the death of Russian tycoon
The FBI laid out in open access of the documents related to the investigation of the death of Mikhail Lesin, one of the largest players on the Russian media market and a high-ranking official.
November 5, 2015 Lesin was discovered in his hotel room in one of the Washington hotels. According to the results of the investigation, Lesin died as a result of “blunt force injuries” to various parts of the body. Also stated that at the time of death he was in a condition of strong alcoholic intoxication – in the published documents indicated that the day before he had consumed “an excessive amount of alcohol.”
The investigation was conducted by the Washington police and the Prosecutor’s office of the district of Columbia, with the support of the FBI.
