Information about the threat of demolition of the residential complex “Shuvalovsky” and Dominion in the South-East of Moscow was not confirmed. First about the legality of the construction, said the development company “Inteko” and then information was denied by Rosreestr

Rosreestr has atroveng information on the requirement of the demolition of the residential complex “Shuvalovsky” and Dominion, allegedly illegally built on the territory of Moscow state University (MSU). This is stated in the press release of the Federal service for state registration, received by RBC.

“Management of Federal registration service across Moscow did not initiate lawsuits, demanding the demolition of built residential complexes. The requirements of the demolition of objects of capital construction are not within the purview of Federal registration service”, — stated in the message of the organization.

In Rosreestra stressed that against MSU was the decision about appointment of administrative punishment in the form of the penalty in 700 thousand roubles and an order to eliminate violations (part 1 of article 8.8 of the administrative code of land laws). However, the representative of Moscow state University did not agree with the order and appealed to the Moscow Arbitration court.

“The subject of this litigation is challenging the orders to eliminate violations of the Land code, which UPRAVLENIE rosreestra across Moscow is the defendant”, — explained in the examination.

Earlier today the newspaper “Kommersant” reported the threat of demolition of the residential complex “Shuvalovsky” and Domonion in the South-East of Moscow due to the fact that their construction in 2008 could be illegal. However, this information is in a few hours, denied the company “Inteko” which began the construction.

At the time of decision making about the development of 122 ha of land, a University-company “Inteko” belonged to the wife of Yuri Luzhkov, Elena Baturina. However, in 2011, she sold the company BIN group. Under the terms of the contract, the developer was freed from the creation of the engineering infrastructure, but in return funded the construction of a new library and several other facilities of Moscow state University.

The possibility of construction of residential complexes in the Moscow state University was enshrined in the Moscow government resolution, signed by Luzhkov in 2004.

On large-scale construction on the territory of Moscow state University in January 2015, reported RBC. The result of the investigation, the reporters found that by 2018, in a prestigious district of Moscow — between Vernadsky and Michurinsky Prospekt — should arise the scientific and technological valley of the Moscow state University. According to the project plan, in addition to the educational buildings and hostels, this area can be built at least 550 thousand square meters of housing. The project is estimated at about 110 billion rubles ($1.7 billion).
