The Dutch company “Atrix B”, one of the founders of which is a former Deputy of the state Duma, businessman Vadim Varshavsky, has filed a lawsuit in the Arbitration court of the Rostov region with a demand to recover from “Mechel” more than 10 billion rubles, reports the evening on Tuesday the newspaper “Vedomosti”.

According to “SPARK-Interfax”, the Dutch “Atriks B” — shareholder of Ramsey, was in the town of Shakhty, Rostov region. Warsaw— the General Director of the plant. According to the register of Dutch companies, 100% owned Atrix B V N. M. T. Financial Services. In January 2011, “Atriks B” laid 100% REMZ in PSB obligations “Mechel Vtormet Rostov” (“daughter” of “Mechel”). At the time these shares was estimated at 1.28 billion RUB.

With reference to the representative of the Warsaw Konstantin Stepanov “Vedomosti” writes that the company blames Mechel in an unfavorable contracts, which ravaged Rostov electrometallurgical plant (REMZ).

According to Stepanov, from 2009 to 2014 REMZ was in the management of “Mechel” and was covered by various agreements with companies “Mechel”. “Those supplying scrap and purchased finished goods. The meaning of all these economic transactions were as follows: the plant received the loss and profit all remained at the enterprises of “Mechel”, given that products were sold below cost,” — said Stepanov.

Information about the claim “Atriks B” to “Mechel” is available at the website of the Arbitration court of Rostov region. According to her, the statement of claim was filed on Monday, January 9th. Among the defendants are the United JSC “Mechel”, JSC “Managing company Mechel-mining”, OOO “Managing company Mechel-Steel”, JSC “NK-invest”, as well as the former head of the REMZ Gennady Somov.

The representative of the company “Mechel” denies the allegations. “All transactions with Ramsom consistent with current market conditions”, – is spoken in the comment of “Mechel”, submitted to RBC. The company also denied the transfer of the Rostov plant in the management of “Mechel”.

At the end of last year, RBC wrotethat in the Warsaw offices and home were searched related to the investigation of the criminal case about the theft of 2.78 billion rubles from the Bank “Petrocommerce”, which is in FK “Opening”.
