The Governor of the Kemerovo region Aman Tuleyev has addressed to the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev with a request to stop the rapid rise in gasoline prices. This was reported by the press service of the regional administration.
According to local authorities, from the beginning of 2017 in the regions of Siberia, prices rose for all types of gasoline — an average of 20 cents per liter. Now in Kuzbas it is about 34 rubles.
“It happened without warning, in violation of all agreements with the regional authorities”, — underlined in the message of regional administration.
The Governor of Kuzbass called rising prices on oil products “outrage” and stressed that the monopolies use their position in the market, not caring about the interests of local residents.
It is noted that Aman Tuleyev has appealed to Medvedev Dmitry this request in June 2016.
