On the eve of U.S. Secretary of state Rex Tillerson acknowledged the bad state of us-Russian relations
The Kremlin said that the lack of progress in relations between Russia and the USA can be considered one of the major disappointments of the year.

A day earlier, U.S. Secretary of state Rex Tillerson acknowledged the bad state of us-Russian relations, but denied the opportunity to do business with Moscow as usual, until a peaceful settlement of the conflict in Ukraine.
Peskov expressed regret over the state of bilateral relations.

He noted that Russian President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly said that Moscow is ready to build mutually beneficial relationships based on mutual respect and mutual trust between the two countries.
