Jim Mattis: North Korean missiles do not pose an immediate threat to the United States
The US defence Secretary Jim Mattis stated that the analysis of information received after the recent launch of North Korean ballistic missiles, leads to the conclusion that it was not yet pose a direct threat to the United States.
Pyongyang announced that on November 20 have successfully tested a new type of Intercontinental ballistic missile capable of reaching the continental United States. Then, the United States and North Korea as a state Agency, and independent experts came to the conclusion that this claim may be true.
However, the expert community has pointed and continues to point to the lack of answers to two questions: first, whether North Korean warheads with the necessary speed to go to the goal? and, second, how perfect the guidance system of the rocket?.
