The results of the elections to the State Duma raised the rating from four institutions — President, government, state Duma and the Federation Council. According to the VTsIOM poll, high levels of trust from citizens also retained the army, the Church and the media.
The rating of Russian President Vladimir Putin in October rose to 81.1%, up 3% compared to August. Then polls recorded the lowest rate for the year was 78.7%. Added compared to the summer and the government, in August his work was approved 53.6% of Russians, in October — already was 58.3%.
Increased the authority of the two houses of Parliament. In the course of preparation for elections of deputies of the state Duma of the seventh convocation, the rating of the lower chamber did not rise above a 39.7%. By October, when members assumed their powers, the work of the state Duma has already approved 45.5 percent. With slightly less performance, but still increased the credibility of its work, the Council of the Federation — from 42.1 to 46.4%.
Of public institutions high ratings, in October, the army — 83.5 per cent, of the Russian Orthodox Church — 70.4% media — 60.5 per cent. And the figure in the Armed forces for 10 years has almost doubled, from 44 to 83.5%.
According to other Polls, the work of law enforcement agencies satisfied 50,6% of Russians, the Public chamber — 39,1%, trade unions — 38,5%, the judiciary is 38.3%. Political parties in October scored 45.1% of positive responses against 32.4 per cent negative.
General Director VTsIOM Valery Fedorov believes that against the background of deteriorating economic situation from January to August this year, the social well-being of Russians has dropped against this background, the fall of public authorities. More likely, in his opinion, this process raised the regional authorities, the Federal Parliament and government.
By summer, the economic situation began to stabilize, followed — with a lag of a few months — stopped the deterioration of social well-being. In September, the stabilization of daily life came to policy: the trend has turned upward. First to increase the rating of Russian President Vladimir Putin and the government. In October, the positive trend covered Federal representative bodies — said the expert.
Professor HSE Oleg Matveychev explains the growth of the rating authorities relentless pressure on Russia from Western countries, which are thus trying to impose the international agenda.
— The situation around Syria and an unstable Ukraine, to Russia to do hard statements. And our citizens traditionally in these situations, rallying and institutions of Patriotic-conservative plan in their eyes to score points. In peacetime, things are different: the Russians are relaxed, and the state with the army they become unimportant, — says the analyst.
According to the President of Fund “the Petersburg policy” Michael Vinogradova, a further increase in the ratings of the authorities and public institutions will be negligible, as the indicators are already close to “its ceiling”.
— Need to pull them artificially, no. Otherwise it will be a paradox, because reality is always contradictory — in some people trust in something, and no, — says the analyst.
