This time the discontent of the Federal authorities was caused by the law of the state relating to the sale of Federal lands

The U.S. Department of justice on Wednesday filed a lawsuit against California in connection with the law that gives the state the authority to cancellation on the sale of Federal lands.

The lawsuit is another legal battle between President Donald trump and the most populous state in the country.

In the lawsuit justice filed in Federal court in Sacramento, alleges that the state has no right to intervene in the sale of Federal lands.

The Ministry of justice refers to the US Constitution and act of Congress of 1850, on admission of California in the United States.

“The California legislature has again taken a radical law of the state, trying to undermine the Federal policy”, – reads the statement of the attorney-General Jeff and Roman sessions.

Less than a month ago sessions came to Sacramento to announce that it has filed a lawsuit against California in connection with laws limiting cooperation with Federal immigration authorities.
