The highest judicial body of the country has acceded to the request of the administration trump
The U.S. Supreme court granted the administration’s request Donald trump on the prevention of immediate access to internal documents concerning the so-called “dreamers”. “Dreamers” is called hundreds of thousands of U.S. residents who illegally entered the United States as minors and have no legal rights to stay in the country.
The Supreme court blocked a Federal judge from San Francisco, who ordered him to provide access to the internal documents of the Executive branch for consideration of a number of lawsuits. Including a lawsuit filed by the attorney General of the state of California, which challenged the legality of the decree of the President trump, deprived of the “dreamers” protection against forced deportation from the United States.
The Supreme court’s decision will remain in force as long as the judges will make the final decision on this issue.
