Press Secretary of the Kremlin called extended spectaculorum Muller accusations are unfounded
The Kremlin on Monday denied reports about the Russian government’s interference in the U.S. presidential election.
Press Secretary of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov, called those accusations unfounded.
Recall that a few days ago spectacular Robert Mueller filed charges against 13 Russian citizens and three organizations, saying that they were illegal “information war” with the purpose to influence the outcome of elections in favor of Donald trump.
This is the first official accusation Muller against the Russians in connection with the investigation of Moscow’s interference in elections.
Trump on the background of recent events made sarcastic praising of the leading Democrat in the intelligence Committee of the house of representatives Adam Schiff, who said that the administration of ex-President Obama ought to take stronger measures to prevent foreign cyberattacks after a hacker attack on Sony Pictures in 2014.
“I think all over the world, watching this, decided that cyber attacks unpunished method of intervention,” said Schiff in an interview with NBC.
Trump in this regard, said: “Finally it’s at least something right. Obama was President, he knew about this threat and did nothing. Thank You, Adam.”
The President added: “he Started to accuse President Obama due to Russian interference in the elections, Adam Schiff, probably trying to find another excuse for why the Democrats, led by their fearless leader, the liar Hillary lost the election in 2016. But wasn’t I the perfect candidate?”
“I have always said that Obama should faster to take action,’ said Schiff in his “Twitter” – But you refuse to admit the truth, to impose sanctions and in General somehow to act. If McMaster can give a rebuff to Putin, why can’t you?”
We are talking about national security adviser Herbert McMaster, who on Saturday said there was compelling evidence of Russian interference in the elections. Trump criticized his statement, noting that McMaster “I forgot to say that the election results in 2016 will not be under influence of Russian and has not changed under their influence”.
