This was stated by the head of the Ministry of internal security in the briefing
The US President Donald trump on Wednesday to sign an order directing placement at the border with Mexico National guard to provide assistance in border protection. This was stated during a White house briefing, the head of the Ministry of internal security, and Kirsten Nielsen.
National guard units can be sent to the border in the evening on Wednesday, said Nielsen. She also noted that the task of National guard is to support the customs service and border guards, however, its involvement in operations is not anticipated.
Performance Nielsen at a press briefing at the White house sounded a day after President trump has tightened its anti-immigration rhetoric, saying that he would like to place on the border with Mexico, American troops – as long as the wall on the boundary is not constructed.
“The President has ordered that the Ministry of defence and the Department of homeland security collaborated with the governors when placing the National guard on our South-Western border… the President will sign the order to this account, and it will take effect today,” explained Kirsten Nielsen.
